Recognizing the sacred gift of healing, Rosie compassionately incorporates gentle & restorative practices to aid in diffusing feelings or symptoms related to traumatic experiences & false limiting beliefs. It is a privilege to humbly witness others return to their truest, most authentic selves.

Healing Session

Experience trauma-informed healing modalities to lessen symptoms stemming from trauma, such as: PTSD, depression, anxiety, fear and/or limiting beliefs. We begin by identifying the element(s) to release, share a grounding technique, walk through a visualization, infuse breathwork, tapping (EFT), and incorporate prayer or intention based on the recipient's religious or spiritual practice. Reiki healing is shared as you relax during the ladder portion of the session. I share any messages that come through, if you are open to receiving.

Intuitive Coaching

Ready to shift? Whether you are feeling stuck, unbalanced, or want assistance brainstorming on your next chapter, we can work together to take inventory of: Your innate strengths, and the areas of your life where you seek further exceleration. If you are seeking tools to assist in elevating your mind, body and spirit, I am happy to walk alongside you. You do possess all that you need to succeed, sometimes we need a proverbial tow rope to help us climb to our next level. If you are a solutions seeker, we are in alignment.

Distance Healing

Healing energy knows no distance. We can work together whether you are in the same room or in another country. This session begins with a phone call or Zoom to talk through what you would like assistance in healing or shifting. From there, you can relax, meditate or pray, and I will work on your intentions. Following the distance healing session, I send you a written or voice recorded message of what came through during the session. Regardless of what I share, you are the ultimate translator of the messages I relay.
